HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga heißt, einen Übungsweg zu gehen. Dieser Weg beinhaltet neben Körperübungen (Asanas) und Bewegungsabläufen auch Atemübungen (Pranayama), Konzentrationsübungen (Dharanas), Meditation (Dhyana) auch eine ständige Selbsterforschung (Svadhyaya). Ein zentraler Aspekt des Hatha Yoga ist, dass es keiner besonderen körperlichen Fähigkeit bedarf, um “Yoga zu machen”. Jeder macht, was er kann, und zwar so gut, wie es ihm möglich ist. Es geht nicht um besondere Beweglichkeit, sondern um Stabilität, Gesundheit und Leichtigkeit. Es geht darum, Selbstverantwortung zu lernen. Wenn du Yoga praktizierst, übernimmst du einen Teil der Verantwortung für dein Wohlbefinden, denn während des Übens kannst nur du allein spüren und wissen, was gerade angemessen ist. Es wächst nicht nur dein Bewusstsein etwas für dich zu tun, sondern auch dein Körpergefühl und du entwickelst eine Selbstwahrnehmung. Das ermögllicht dir, schneller und genauer zu spüren, wenn sich etwas in deinem Leben in eine ungünstige Richtung entwickelt und wir lernen selber rechtzeitig gegenzusteuern und etwas für uns zu tun.
Yoga (trauma)sensibel
Unser Stil ist so adaptiert, dass ein (trauma)sensibles achtsames Üben möglich wird.
Die Verbindung des Bewusstseins mit den körpereigenen Ressourcen ermöglicht grundlegende stabilisierende Erfahrungen. Der deutlich höhere Anteil an Entspannungsphasen zu Beginn und am Ende jeder Praxis bieten Möglichkeiten, dass ein tiefes Loslassen geschehen kann. Auch das Innehalten und Verweilen in den verschiedenen Haltungen schafft einen Raum intensiver Begegnung mit sich selbst.
Auf der physischen Ebene wird sich ganz von selbst mit zunehmender Übung eine größere Gelenkigkeit und Beweglichkeit einstellen.
Dein Körper merkt sich die Bewegungen und ihm wird es von Mal zu Mal leichter fallen, diese auszuführen. Durch eine regelmäßige Praxis können tiefsitzende muskuläre, fasziale und mentale Verspannungen aufgelöst werden.
Kann Yoga (trauma)sensibel mir helfen?

YIN YOGA & FASZIEN – für mehr Flexibilität
Yin Yoga steht nicht in Konkurrenz zu den dynamischen Yogastilen wie z.B. Vinyasa Yoga. Im Gegenteil! Yin und Yang bilden eine Einheit. Yang ist die männliche Kraft, unseren Muskeln zugeordnet und mit viel Bewegung verbunden. Yin steht für die weibliche Energie, die uns zur Ruhe kommen lässt und mit Knochen und Gelenken in Beziehung steht. Das eine kann nicht ohne das andere existieren.
Während im dynamischen Yoga der Fokus auf der Muskulatur liegt und eher aktiv geübt wird, ist Yin Yoga eher passiv. Im Mittelpunkt stehen hierbei die tieferen Schichten des Körpers wie Bindegewebe und Faszien sowie die Energieleitbahnen und ihre zugeordneten Organe.
Diese Art Yoga zu praktizieren, ist sehr regenerativ und meditativ und somit eine wunderbare körperliche Vorsorge gegen die alterstypische Unbeweglichkeit.
Erlebe deinen Körper, der zum größten Teil aus Wasser besteht – angelegt als ein kleiner Ozean – dreidimensional und nutze ihn durch schwingende und federnde Bewegungen, verspüre, was dich von deinem Gefühl in die richtige Richtung weist.
YOGA NIDRA™ – Tiefenentspannung bei stressbedingten Beschwerden
Yoga Nidra™ bedeutet „bewusster- oder dynamischer Schlaf“ und ist eine Yogatechnik aus der tantrischen Tradition, die durch tiefe Entspannung den Zugang zu allen Ebenen unseres Bewusstseins ermöglicht. Yoga Nidra™ hat einen ganz bestimmten systematischen Ablauf, der uns von der äußeren Ebene der Wahrnehmung systematisch in tiefere Ebenen des Seins und von dort wieder zurück in unser Wachbewusstsein führt.
Im Yoga Nidra™ bleibt durch das bewusste Lenken der Wahrnehmung, der Geist ganz auf den Körper ausgerichtet. Dadurch können die Gedanken nicht mehr so ohne weiteres abschweifen und eigene Wege gehen. AKTIVE MEDITATION
Stress, Reizüberflutung, Unruhe, Hektik, körperliche Verspannungen und innere Verunsicherung wecken die Sehnsucht nach Entspannung, Stille und einfachem Sein. So ist Meditation mehr als nur Stressbewältigung. Es bedeutet ein tiefes Loslassen von der Peripherie und ein nach Hause kommen zu sich selbst, in der eigenen Mitte.
Diese Meditationstechniken von Osho sind für Menschen unserer Zeit gemacht. Menschen, die viel Stress ausgesetzt sind: Überreizung durch die Medien, Überforderung am Arbeitsplatz, zu wenig Bewegung etc. Durch diese Art von Stress, der wir ausgesetzt sind, entsteht eine emotionale Ladung in Form von körperlicher Anspannung. Deswegen hat Osho Meditationen entwickelt, in denen es aktive und kathartische Phasen gibt, wo wir diese Spannung loslassen können. Danach ist es dann viel leichter, sich in Stille hinzusetzen. Osho hat immer wieder betont, dass es für die Menschen zu Buddhas Lebzeiten viel leichter war, in Stille zu gehen. Die Leute damals haben körperlich gearbeitet und sich auch ansonsten natürlicher im Umgang mit ihren Emotionen – es gab weniger Spannung in ihrem System. Wir kommen aus der Hektik, leben mit einem hohen Stresspegel und wenn wir uns dann für eine Stunde still hinsetzen sollen, ist das sehr mühsam. Dann kann man seinen Stress beobachten, aber das ist keine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Wenn man viel meditiert hat, kann man das machen – aber gerade für Anfänger ist es viel leichter, erst einmal Spannung abzubauen. Wie zum Beispiel in der Kundalini Meditation, wo du die ersten 15 Minuten den Körper sich schütteln lässt, dann 15 Minuten tanzt und erst dann 15 Minuten sitzt und liegst. Die Entspannung tritt also stufenweise ein: Du gehst von der Bewegung in die Stille. Deswegen nennt man sie „aktive Meditationen“, weil sie diese aktiven Bewegungselemente mit beinhalten. Und dann ist es wichtig, für sich herauszufinden, welche der verschiedenen Meditationstechniken dich anspricht, welche dir gut tut. Die sollte man dann über einen längeren Zeitraum machen. Dann merkt man, wie etwas in Balance kommt.

PRANAYAMA – DIE LENKUNG DES ATEMS:
Wenn dir die Luft weg bleibt, probiere aus und sorge für Dich!
Den Körper über sanfte, schwingende, gefühlvolle, fließende Bewegungen öffnen u dadurch Atemräume erfahren, in die der Atem Lust hat zu fließen, Sich den eigenen Atem zum Freund machen, der dich 24h/7 Tage die Woche begleitet. Über Prana und das Einatmen sind wir mit dem Lebendigen verbunden. Ein freier u spontaner werdender Atem macht uns auch insgesamt offener und unbeschwerter und dient uns gleichzeitig als Rückkopplungsschleife fürs Nervensystem.
Die bewusste Lenkung des Atems im Yoga kann uns zeigen, wie wir uns entkoppeln, ohne dass wir unsere Gedanken verhindern und bietet er einen idealen Zugang in den Zustand innerer Ruhe, aus dem heraus wir uns wieder zu erholen und regenerieren können.
